π οΈ Troubleshooting Guide
Known Issues π
HuBrowser is a unique app that runs pure 64-bit native C++ on Android, instead of in a Java virtual machine like other apps. This makes HuBrowser much faster and more efficient, but it may be affected by the phone Operating System.
- Google and big players are capable of building this way too, but they compromised speed to support more devices.
- It's a trade-off and there's no free lunch here.
- Certain devices may not support HuBrowser due to hardware and software limitations:
- Compatibility depends on factors such as chipset, available RAM, root status, device model, OS version, and other installed apps.
- If HuBrowser fails to open, please get an instant refund without rating π.
- Foldable devices might encounter issues in expanded mode. If that's the case, switch to small phone mode.
- Some tablets, despite having large screens, may have limited performance (e.g., 4GB labeled as 2GB real RAM, or 16GB labeled but with only 4GB real RAM alongside 12GB virtual RAM) which can affect operation.
- Emulators may not work properly since they emulate Java virtual machines, while HuBrowser runs as native C++ code.
- Devices with chipsets manufactured before 2019 may not open because HuBrowser is a 64-bit-only application.
